This project consists of the completion of a new 55-unit apartment building. The building will be roughly 46,588 SF, built with slab-on-grade and wood construction. The building will include mail area, leasing office, work out facility, wellness room, bicycle storage, patios for each unit, and a community kitchen. The building will be designed to meet Energy Star and Enterprise Green Community standards.
