Cloudveil Apartments, built for Roundhouse Group, Inc., includes 326,130 square feet of new construction. This complex includes twelve apartment buildings with resident amenities, such as a clubhouse, a community pool, and covered parking, and nature inspired gathering spaces. There is a total of 288 units, and the buildings are being built with a conventional wood-framed structure. The complex was constructed with a conventional wood framed structure; a fiber board exterior; and high-end, durable finishes throughout the interior of the building.
