Exterior materials vary with each building and are a mix of board and batten smart siding, fiber-cement lap siding, rusted corrugated steel, stone, and stained timberwork. The interior boasts sustainable materials and features such as programmable Wi-Fi thermostats, heating/cooling pump, LVP flooring, painted drywall, and quartz countertops.
