Mountainside Village Flats is a one-building project with three townhomes and four condos. Totaling 12,683 SF, the units will be divided by a 2-hour rated fire wall. The townhouses will have basements, while the condos will have additional storage space. Exterior finishes will be exposed lumber, lap siding, and board & batten. Three different roofing systems will be used, including asphalt shingles, metal roof panels, and single-ply roof membrane.
