The Sugar-Salem Bus Barn was a new construction project built for the Sugar-Salem School District No. 322. The 11,900-SF building was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) and CMU. The metal lap exterior siding was chosen for its versatility and durability. The project also includes a breakroom, bathroom, and office space. The structure will house the district’s buses when they are not in use, keeping them sheltered from the elements.
