This project consisted of the new construction of a 23,265-SF building supply store. Built using CMU and reinforced concrete, this building is intended to serve builders and homeowners across Southeast Idaho. Project scope included a full-sized contractor lumber yard, material storage, offices, sales floors, and site circulation with a focus on functionality and durability.
