The Homestead Senior Living project is the new construction of a 7,000-SF assisted living facility. Built for its occupants, this facility will feature raised garden beds, two indoor pickleball courts, a golf lounge and a hair salon. The building’s structure will be a combination of structural steel, concrete, and wood framing. The exterior will be finished using EIFS stucco and trim, aluminum storefront, precast stone, and exposed steel components. The interior finishes will be ADA-compliant. Accessibility was considered during design such as additional clear space in hallways, doorways, and stairs, recessed doors and gates, widened parking spaces, and unobstructed reaches.
