About the Project
The Madison High School Classroom and Gymnasium Additions project, built for Madison School District No. 321, provides an additional 41,835 SF to the High School. The two-story classroom addition (17,418 SF) includes ten general classrooms, two science lab classrooms, a robotics lab as well as additional storage and teacher office space. The gymnasium addition (24,417 SF) includes a new full size gym with space for one basketball or volleyball courts with bleachers on each side or two basketball or volleyball courts for tournament play. The gymnasium addition also includes a separate entrance, ticket booth, restrooms, concessions, and storage space. The second floor on the gymnasium addition also made space for a new wrestling room. Combined with the existing facilities as well as the newly completed exterior sports complex, Madison High School has a first-class sports training facility.
