About The Project

The Mountain Lofts Apartments project, built for Campus Acquisitions, includes the new construction of a 293,079 SF student residence which support the growing need for BYU-Idaho approved student housing. The five-story, 161 unit, 1,072 bed facility was constructed with a conventional wood framed structure; cement board and cultured stone exterior; and high-end, durable finishes throughout the interior of the building. The project also features a six-story, post-tensioned concrete parking structure, a 4,000 SF clubhouse, covered outdoor fireplaces, and two outdoor courtyards. A unique feature of many two-story housing units includes overhang balconies with large window walls.
