About the Project
The Sweetgrass Apartments, built for Blue Line Development, includes the new construction of a 11,748 SF multi-family residence. The new, two-building, 12-unit facility provides affordable housing for the greater Shelby, Montana area. The apartment complex was constructed with conventional wood framing, trussed roof structure, wood plank exterior siding and economic finishes throughout the interior of each unit. The facility features one, two, and three bedroom floor plans in which Headwaters installed all the unit furnishings and appliances. Site features include on-site tenant parking, exterior courtyard, and a play area with playground equipment.
