The Chapter SLC Student Housing project, being built for CRG and Cole West, consists of the new construction of a 6-story, 251-unit student housing development in Salt Lake City. This project will serve students at the University of Utah, which has experienced six consecutive years of record enrollment growth. The Class-A residential structure will offer a mix of studio, one-, two-, and four-bedroom fully furnished residences. Shared amenities include a fitness center with a Pilates studio, sauna, ski simulator, library and study spaces, soda shop, rooftop lounge, pool and hot tub, outdoor dining areas and courtyards, and meaningful landscaping.
