The Snowfarm Apartments consist of 294,635 SF of new construction. The three-story buildings were constructed with a conventional wood-framed structure; EIFS, cementitious panel, cedar lap and glass exterior; and high-end, durable and modern finishes throughout the interior of the building. The project also includes a common clubhouse with a pool and a lounge area for all residents.
