Headwaters Behavioral Health

The Headwaters Behavioral Health Center, built for Jackson House, consists of the new construction of a short-term care facility for minors. The 18,500-SF project included a full earthwork, utilities and grading package, typical slab-on-grade concrete foundation, traditional wood framing, and roof trusses. The exterior was finished using metal and composite siding, EIFS, and PVC membrane roofing. Interior finishes include LVP and carpet flooring, ligature-resistant fixtures, and painted drywall. The building includes two dormitory wings, a full-service kitchen, dining area, multi-purpose gym, housekeeping resources, and therapeutic and counseling services.
