The new 10,768-SF Orthopedic Surgery Center was constructed for LR Holdings LLC in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This new state-of-the-art facility provides another location for orthopedic surgery. The building was constructed with traditional wood framing. High-end stone and wood siding were used for external finishes. All necessary medical components for this building were including during construction. The facility was built in only nine months.
