The Pain & Spine Specialist of Idaho project, built for Dr. Jake Poulter, involves the construction of a 15,969-SF medical office building located in Pocatello. This 12-month project includes a basement and a main floor. It was primarily constructed with wood framing and a truss system and supplemented by light structural steel beams and columns at the curtain wall. Site work included concrete, asphalt paving and striping, utilities, and landscaping. Exterior finishes utilize stone veneer, a curtain wall system, EIFS, ACM system, and metal wall panels, while interior finishes include acoustical ceilings, millwork, and an elevator.
