This 14,500-SF expansion of the existing Promontory Point Rehabilitation Facility was built for Heywood Development to support the growing needs of the community. The project added 23 recovery rooms, providing patients with comfortable spaces for rest and healing. Additional improvements included a new staff lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dedicated physical therapy space, all designed to enhance both patient care and daily operations. The expansion seamlessly ties into the original building, increasing the facility’s capacity.
