The Oxbow Apartments project is currently under construction for Roundhouse Group and includes 135 units within a 134,467 SF multifamily development. Located in the Bozeman, the project will help meet the growing demand for housing in the region. The three-story apartment buildings will be constructed with wood framing, gray siding, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Amenities will include a fitness center, yoga room, large outdoor hot tub, conference room, fire pit, mountain views, and additional resident-focused features.
