Ravara Park Townhomes and Condos

Ravara Park Townhomes, developed for Goodworks Evergreen, is a 162,160-square-foot multifamily project delivering 89 residential units across eight buildings. The project includes four townhome and four condo buildings constructed with conventional wood framing, concrete, and timber framework. Exterior cladding consists of LP SmartSide lap siding, EDCO shake and board-and-batten siding, and Hardie fiber-cement siding. Interior finishes will include carpet, tile, sealed concrete, and laminate flooring throughout, with brushed nickel hardware. Upon completion, the development will provide a range of residential unit types within a walkable, multi-building community.
