The Roberts Elementary School Gym & Classroom Addition consists of an 11,500-SF expansion to the existing school. This addition integrates with the existing school structure, providing upgraded spaces for physical education and classroom instruction. The building was constructed using CMU supported by steel web trusses and was topped with a membrane roof for durability and longevity. The exterior was finished using brick veneer that matches the other buildings. The project included a new gymnasium with a full-sized basketball court, four additional basketball hoops, a small section of expandable bleachers, and decorative acoustic wall tiles that match the school colors. Additional storage space and one classroom were also added.
